ORDER CHANGES:

If you have any questions about your order or if you need to make a change and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at webshop@pendulum-instruments.com

SHIPPING:

We ship in-stock items within three weeks from the date of your purchase and out of stock items we will notify you of the availability which is typically within 4-5 weeks of the order date. Once your order is placed online you will receive an order confirmation with the status of the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 40 days of receipt of shipment. There are no refunds or exchanges on build-to-order or custom products. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and its original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your credit card, if your return meets these conditions. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item unless it was our error.

Pendulum Instruments may process a return and restocking fee of 20% in addition to shipping charges for return items at customer’s fault for sizing or other errors made during ordering.

Before returning your item(s), please email webshop@pendulum-instruments.com to obtain approval for the return along with an authorized RMA# for processing and to include on your return label.
