Overview

The multichannel frequency analyzers CNT-102, CNT-104, and CNT-104R, as well as the FTR-210R GNSS-disciplined Rubidium Frequency & Time Reference, offer a wide range of software options to expand and enhance instrument functionality.

If you are an existing user of one of these models, upgrading your unit is quick and easy. Below you will find an overview of the available functions. Simply enter your instrument’s serial number, choose the options, and order it from our Webshop.  You will get a license code via email.

How to Purchase and Install a Software Upgrade

Purchase:

  1. Select Upgrades (€1 processing fee).
  2. Choose your product group (CNT-1xx or FTR-210R).
  3. Select the software option(s) and enter your unit serial number.
  4. Complete checkout and payment.

Install:

  1. You will receive the update file by email.
  2. Copy it to a USB drive and insert it into your device.
  3. Run the update via the device’s USB interface.

The new features will be activated after installation.
