Overview

All our products are calibrated before delivery to ensure they meet their published specifications. In our factory, we use traceable calibrated instruments and sources, providing a signed certificate confirming that each instrument has been calibrated and adjusted accordingly.

Upon request, we can perform a special calibration of the reference oscillator, accompanied by a detailed measurement protocol. It can be ordered either at the time of the original purchase or later.

If your Pendulum Instrument needs calibration, you can now purchase this service online. After receiving your service order, our Service team will contact you to confirm the lead time and provide shipping instructions for sending the unit to our Service Centre. Please be aware that shipping costs are your responsibility. If shipping from a non-EU country, your shipment will be subject to onward/inward procedures.
