Overview

The CNT-90 Frequency Timer/Counter/Analyzer is excellent for measurement, analysis and calibration of frequency, time, or phase. In production test systems, R&D, the calibration lab, or in the field; the CNT-90 timer/counter/analyzer outperforms many existing counters on the market.

  • Fast GPIB/USB bus speed, 5k means/s – block mode
  • Ease-of-use: Multi-parameter display and graphical presentation of results

*Please note that only one of the build-in High-Frequency Input C options (option 10, option 13, option 14, option 14B) and one of the Timebase oscillator options (option 30/90, option 40/90) can be installed in the instrument at the same time.
