The EMC Scanner SCN-500 series offers a wide range of software and hardware upgrade options, along with compatible accessories.
If you are already using one of these models, upgrading your unit is straightforward and convenient. Below, you will find an overview of available accessories, software upgrades, and subscription options.
For software upgrades, simply enter your instrument’s serial number, select the desired options, and place your order via our webshop. A license code will be delivered to you by email.

| Option SLDM | Z-axis laser distancing meter option for SCN-series 4D-models only. Maintain a constant probe height over the DUT topology, whether high or low-components are mounted. |
